Pickguards and Covers

Yes - we can recreate any 2 Dimensional Part as long as you can send us the original part or a very accurate tracing.  Please also let us know the guitar brand, model, year, where the guitar was made, and the name of the part if you can.

  • Can You Make Me a Pickguard/Cover for my Fender® Squier®?

The Fender® style pickguards/covers on our website don't fit Squier®, however we can make pickguards/covers for Squier® guitars if you can send us your original part or an accurate tracing of it - to do this we require an extra $20 set-up fee for pickguards (this fee may be less for covers).

It is always best to send us the original part as we can get it dead accurate, with a tracing we can only go from what we are given so if it is slightly off your part will be too.

Yes - your original part will be shipped back to you with your new part.

Please see our Tutorial.  All tracings must be sent through the post as scanners and fax machines can distort the image.

Yes we Can!

Any picture file (.jpg, .gif, .tif, etc.), Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop file is fine - if you have a different file format send us an e-mail and we'll let you know if it's okay to send.  If you're sending an image it will need to be at least the size of the part you want to put it on and 300dpi in resolution.  You can send the graphics by e-mail or snail mail.

This really depends on the size of the part. Please e-mail us with your requirements and we'll send a quote.

Many different profiles are available in the dropdown menus on our items, but if you can't find what you are looking for please send us an e-mail - we may need some dimensions or a template or tracing.  We do require a $10 set-up fee for this.

No, Japanese Fenders often have the screwholes in different places to USA and Mexican models. Copies, although they look the same, are often way out.  To get a Pick Guard for your Japanese, or copy please send us your original part or a tracing. We'll charge a $20 set-up fee to duplicate the part

Exotic Woods, Pearls, and Other Materials

We have access to many different types of exotic woods - let us know what you're looking for and we'll try and find it for you.

Please e-mail us with what you had in mind and we'll try and obtain what you are looking for or offer some alternatives.

Exotic wood prices vary a lot and it depends on the size of the part - please contact us and we can give you a quote

We can cut most materials - please contact us with what you have in mind.

Yes we can - tell us your idea and we'll make it for you.

We can burn designs into some woods - contact us with your idea.

Etched Metal

Our etching process is one that impacts the surface of a metal leaving a holographic type impression.  It does not deeply engrave the part as those processes after time will start to rust on a plated metal.  You can see the effect in our neckplates section

Chrome, Gold, Nickel and Stainless Steel parts give the best etching results.  The parts must be 2 dimensional and smaller than 3" square.  Neck Plates and Humbucker Covers work great.

In most cases we can.  Send us your graphic and we'll let you know if it's possible.  We require a $10 set-up fee to do this.

Graphics for our etching process work best when they are on a black background and have high contrast.  You can send the graphics by e-mail or snail mail.
